FAQs
Whether you are relocating locally, across the state, or internationally, we have the experience, resources, and dedication to make your move seamless.
What types of moves do you handle?
We provide packing, moving, and storage for your personal and professional items—locally, nationwide, and internationally.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are licensed and bonded in Washington and throughout the contiguous United States.
What happens if my belongings are damaged?
If any of your items are damaged during the move, we’ll guide you through the claims process to ensure it’s handled quickly and fairly.
Is a deposit required?
No. You don’t need to pay a deposit to book your move with us.
Do you charge a flat or hourly rate?
The rate for your move depends on where you are moving to. It could be either an hourly rate or based on the weight of your goods.
How much should I tip my movers?
Tipping isn’t required, but it’s a great way to show appreciation for hard work. Many customers give $5–$10 per mover per hour, or about 15–20% of the total move cost, split among the crew.
Can I arrange a move without me being there?
Someone does need to be present for the entire move. If you can’t be there yourself, you may appoint a representative who can direct our crew and sign the required paperwork on your behalf.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Reach out to your move coordinator to reschedule your moving dates. We do not charge a rescheduling fee, nor do we collect a deposit.
